A 68-year-old previously well woman is brought to your tertiary emergency department with fevers and breathlessness. Her rapid COVID-19 swab is negative.

On arrival her vital signs are: HR 135, BP 85/35, temperature 39.5, SpO2 84% on 15 L oxygen.

Full blood count: Hb 81 g/L (135-175), WCC 102 x 10^9/L (3.5-10.0), platelets 56 x 10^9/L (150-400).

She undergoes RSI and a mobile film is taken post-intubation.
