Case: Neonate with Bilious Vomiting
A 7-day-old female presents irritable and lethargic with persistent bilious vomiting. Mum reports sudden onset with no associated diarrhoea. The baby had been tolerating feeds well and passed meconium at birth with subsequent normal stools. Vitals: HR 190/min, BP 80/40, RR 65/min, sats 98% RA, Temp 36.9 Β°C.
