A 14 day old term baby is brought to your suburban mixed ED at 6am. Parents reported the breathing rate seemed a little higher than usual yesterday and he did not wake to feed overnight. This morning he is blue, mottled and inactive with poor tone. Vitals signs on arrival are:

  • RR 38 /min
SpO² 81% Non-Invasive BP is not recording well. Birth weight 3.0 kg
