Case: Systemic lupus erythematosus complications
A 28-year-old female presents to the Emergency Department with a 2-day history of fever, chest pain, and worsening shortness of breath. She has a known diagnosis of systemic lupus ierythematosus (SLE), diagnosed 3 years ago and managed with hydroxychloroquine and prednisone. Her observations are as follows:

- β’ BP: 90/65 mmHg
- β’ Temp: 38.5Β°C
- β’ RR: 24
- β’ SpO2: 93% on room air
