A 78-year-old male presents with 16 hours of severe colicky abdominal pain and diarrhoea. You are concerned he has intestinal ischaemia.

1. List three historical features and three examination features that would be strongly suggestive of the diagnosis. 8 marks

Current vitals are as follows : HR 115 BP 85/62 RR 28 Sats 95% 4L/min O2 Temp 38.9 He subsequently undergoes a CT angiogram which confirms acute arterial ischaemia.
