You are working on a pre-hospital/retrieval service. You receive a notification at your base centre about the following: "Two siblings were being bathed together: a 2-month-old and a 3-year-old. The children were allegedly left alone, for a brief time, and their mother has returned to find the 2-month-old unresponsive"
