Case: Smoke inhalation incident

You receive notification of 15 casualties that will present to your small rural ED from a fire in a local correctional facility. Casualties include prison staff and prisoners, all experiencing symptoms of smoke inhalation with no apparent burns. The first patients will arrive in 20 minutes.
